• PM Surakshit Matritva Abhiyan -Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry will launch nationwide celebrations to commemorate ten years of successful implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyan from tomorrow. • India reports current account surplus of $7.1 billion in January-March quarter of 2025-26-India reported a current account surplus of 7.1 billion dollars or 0.7 percent of GDP in the January-March quarter of 2025-26. As per the report released by the Reserve Bank of India earlier today, the current account deficit stood at 25.2 billion dollars, or 0.6 per cent of GDP for 2025-26 as compared to 22.9 billion dollars during 2024-25.
